ALICE + OLIVIA SEQUIN TOP HAIDER ACKERMANN PANT ADAM LIPPES COAT JIMMY CHOO HEELS AND CLUTCH BIJOUX HEART EARRINGSSo girls, have you find what you’re going to wear tonight? If not, here are five new outfits I have created lately for all of you who are having difficulty finding the right look for tonight’s Christmas Eve party or family dinner.
The first one is made of metallic colors and sequins to respect the holiday theme. As you can see, the orange brick goes perfectly with gold, cream and navy so try it out tonight and lighten the room up.

MAISON MARGIELA SHIRT ALBERTA FERRETTI SKIRT H&M COAT MANOLO BLAHNIK PUMPS DIOR CLUTCH The second look is inspired by a super classic and chic woman and one of my favorite designers, Carolina Herrera. She is one of those who knows how to rock a simple white shirt either by pairing it with pants or skirts and so for the festive season I opted for a satin high-waisted skirt for an extra feminine twist. However, the key piece of this look is definitely this amazing coat from H&M than can be worn as a dress too. I really love it. I went for gold metallic pumps as they seemed the right color to make this outfit even more festive.

LA PERLA BODYSUIT ISA ARFEN PANTS ALTUZARRA FOR TARGET FUR JACKET OSCAR DE LA RENTA CLUTCH MANOLO BLAHNIK HEELSThis is a perfect festive all-black look actually, the best I have created in a while. The lace bodysuit has something to do with it!
Unlike the little black dress, all-black ensembles have never been very appealing to me as I love every piece of my outfit to stand out and be noticeable. In all-black looks it is quite difficult to distinguish what is what and in order to make your outfit more interesting, playing with fabrics and shapes is necessary. Here I used satin, lace and faux fur and the result is really satisfactory.

THAKOON GOWN THE ROW FUR COAT BEN-AMUN EARRINGS AQUAZZURA + OLIVIA PALERMO SHOESAfter black, red, gold, nude, cream, gold and white here comes an all-blue ensemble for women who simply don’t want to play it safe or traditional for this year’s holiday season.
Lucy Mecklenburgh was seen wearing this dress a few days ago.

FRAME DENIM SHIRT EACH X OTHER PANTS DVF FUR COAT OLYMPIA LE-TAN CLUTCH MANOLO BLAHNIK METALLIC PUMPS OSCAR DE LA RENTA NECKLACEThe last look of the day is the most classic and easy to pull off. To dress up a white shirt, pair it with a pair of metallic blue pleated pants and throw a faux-fur navy coat over your shoulders. Opt for gold to accessorize the look by wearing a timeless pair of pumps in metallic gold and go for a minimum of jewelry by picking out a statement necklace.

Merry Christmas guys!

I AM FULLY SATISFIED with my faux-leather pants and recommend it to anyone. I have been looking for them for a while and even though I wanted tapered pants in faux-leather, the skinny ones ended up being a good purchase too.
As it gets colder, they are the best pair of trousers you can wear since they keep you warm and protects against the cold wind. Not to mention that they are the most stylish and covetable pants these days.

My black turtleneck top seemed the most appropriate top to wear as I wanted a total black look. You can see my white shirt popping out which has been done on purpose, but as it was too chilly and windy while we were shooting, I kept my coat on so there’s no pics about my look without the coat.
The black and white houndstooth scarf gives a sophisticated vibe to my casual attire, especially when worn down. My hi top black converse dress it all a bit down but I think they might not be the right pair of sneakers to wear with these pants. Indeed, I tried them with low converse and the result was way better than in these pics, but as I mentioned before, we don’t have L.A weather here anymore so I have to keep my ankles warm. ^_^

FRACOMINA down jacket + H&M denim shirt + STRADIVARIUS denim overalls + CONVERSE sneakers + TOM FORD sunglasses

YESTERDAY was the kind of day to wear a relaxed outfit and only a touch of mascara since I was not in a mood to dress ‘too properly‘ and spend half an hour putting on make-up. Yeah, I need at least 30 minutes for that, and I guess I inherited this incompetence from my female ancestors as women in my family including me, aren’t very handy when it comes to making ourselves up. The fact I rarely wear anything else than BB cream and mascara, may also explain my awkwardness in this field. I would never be able to write a post about makeup products as many other bloggers do! Haha…

Let us pass now to the outfit and pieces it consists of. I wanted so badly to wear my denim overalls in a totally ‘I-don’t-give-a-fuck‘ way, so I paired them with my bad-ass ‘Line up the bitches‘ t-shirt and denim shirt, and finished the look with my black Converse to accentuate even more my edgy look. It’s impressive how people started at my overalls yesterday, I guess they are used to see ladies wearing leggings as pants not relaxed overalls.
Anyways, the most important in fashion is that you dress for yourself and feel comfortable in what you are wearing, nothing else really matters.

Have a nice one folks!

Today’s look of the day consists of a very smooth cashmere striped dress which I wore under a very cozy and warm oversized cardigan. I love the feeling this cardigan gives me every time I wear it; the impression that I haven’t left my bed and that I’m still under my quilt. If this isn’t the best feeling ever, I don’t know what is!
This is what I love most about oversized knitwear which is ideal for the type of chilly weather we currently have in Slovenia. I just hope it’s not going to rain again, ’cause rain sucks, right?! Not only I feel depressed as soon as it starts raining but it prevents me from shooting outdoor pictures, it also ruins all my look from head to toe, unless I carry my super large and heavy umbrella which is also super bulky. It just goes on and on and on… Hopefully, we will experience a rainless end of autumn, that would be awesome!

Wish you all a great Saturday night!

I am wearing : ZARA turtleneck top and earrings, STRADIVARIUS cardigan-coat, TALLY WEIJL jeans, GAMLOONG leather boots, H&M rings

This is how I dressed today. As usual, I went for a very casual, comfortable outfit by wearing my new burgundy cardigan/coat which I paired with a body-kissing turtleneck top in a rose poudré shade and a pair of high-waist skinny jeans. I finished the look with my black boots, which you’ll see me wearing a lot in the days to come.
After we had a warm weather for the past 2 weeks, fall officially kicked off today. The hardest thing now, is to adjust my wardrobe to the chilly weather and start wearing layers of clothes, shawls, thicker socks etc. Not that I’m not prepared, but after living almost 5 months under 23 degrees, I got used to wearing shirts instead of jackets, so it feels like the transition is going to be a bit hard.

Hope you’ll like my pics guys!

I have always be hooked on statement, uncommon clothing especially when it comes to t-shirts and sneakers. The idea of having something unlike anything others were wearing was exciting and is still currently relevant. Being original is all that matters.

The t-shirt with a man’s face painted on it caught my eye a few months ago, so I couldn’t leave it there. The cotton fabric is extremely soft, the length is as I like it, the colors of the print are perfect as there’s lots of blue, red, pink, orange, black, nude and white which makes it very easy to combine. However, the only ‘major detail’ that’s bothering me since day one, is the collar. A bit too large so I’m thinking of cutting it off and make an off-shoulder t-shirt for next summer…

Anyways, I must admit I didn’t put a lot of thought into this look as I had to leave the house in a hurry but when you possess nice pieces of clothing, you cannot go wrong, ever. So buy wisely guys! ^^

In addition to my personal snaps, you can find 6 very different looks wearable to a variety of occasions, so enjoy them and hope I helped you get inspired!

When I opened my eyes this morning, the rays of sunshine were penetrating through the curtains into my bedroom and in my world, there’s no better way to start the day. Just after I have taken my breakfast, I stepped on the balcony and immediately felt the warmth of the sun on my skin. It feels strange to be able to walk around barefoot and wearing nothing but a t-shirt at this time of the year. At 10 a.m it was 21°C …

So I have decided to make the most of this beautiful day and went for a morning stroll in the nature, for which I opted for a very simple and comfortable outfit consisting of a v-neck grey and white Gap t-shirt, a dark blue denim sleeveless Levi’s jacket (the 15-year-old one I got from my sister – almost a vintage piece ^^ – and decided to cut the sleeves off) paired with light pink Zara skinny jeans. To finish the look, I took out my favorite and most comfy silver leather gladiator sandals bought in Greece.

I always loved how pink and grey harmonize, especially the lighter shades of these two colors. Talking of which, I am currently looking for a beautiful fluffy candy pink sweater but all those that caught my eye were 100% made of acrylic or polyester and I am so against synthetic fabrics. The one I saw at Stradivarius is beautiful and pretty soft, but the smell is so unbearable! I guess I’ll have to try to wash the bad smell off and wear it over a shirt to get used to it. But if some of you know where I can find a fluffy sweater made at least of 40% cotton, I would be very appreciative if you could help me.

Have a nice one guys!

ZARA leather jacket, t-shirt and earrings, GAP jeans, GAMLOONG leather boots, H&M rings

This was my second time visiting Bled (Slovenia). Three years ago, I visited the castle with my friends and family who came from Paris for my wedding. This time, we rented a small boat and went straight to the Bled Island in the middle of the Lake Bled and I enjoyed it more this time around.
Firstly, the atmosphere and the landscape are hundreds time prettier during fall, particularly when it’s sunny and a bit windy. You got to witness leaves falling from trees which are like bouncing from place to place, flying, making fall enchanting. In the background, the forest is painted in so many colors that it makes your speechless while staring at it. Nature is so inspiring. Secondly, I prefer the view of Bled from the ground as you can admire the castle from the lake and island as well as from every single hotel, restaurant or street in the city. Don’t get me wrong, the view from the Bled Castle is astonishingly beautiful so it would be a shame to miss it if you’re one day visiting Slovenia.
Anyways, while picking my outfit of the day, my wish was to blend with the environment and it came as natural to wear my goldenrod leather jacket which I paired with black and denim. This way, the jacket became the key piece of the look and moreover respected the surrounding nature. Once I went through the pictures, I was so happy for having picked out this jacket! Hope you’ll enjoy my pictures guys.

ps: Whilst today’s post is all about me and my look of the day, tomorrow you’ll see more pictures of the richness and beauty Bled has to offer to its visitors.

I am wearing : H&M baseball jacket and t-shirt, Stradivarius jeans

Fall is the worst season of the year for me since it puts an end to Summer, it rains all the time and trees are bare of leaves. At my great surprise, I have learned to appreciate the good things Autumn has to offer. Have to admit that this mild weather helps me a lot!
I have forced myself to think of Autumn as the beginning of something new. In my world, the new year kicks off in September, a month when I start focusing on new projects.
This year for instance, I have decided to start this blog which made my bucket list a bit shorter. But there are still many others, some of which have to wait another year or two to get started and some I have been struggling for years to achieve. Still not done to this day by the way!
However, no matter how demanding those projects and challenges are, I try to face them in style.
Yesterday’s weather was extremely mild and sunny (today’s too) and it felt like Spring actually. Nevertheless, I always carry a light jacket with me in case it gets chilly but these days short sleeves are all you need.

I got this green and white baseball jacket at H&M a few years ago and it’s still like new. It’s more like a sweatshirt which makes it very comfy and pleasant to wear.
My love for baseball jackets (or American football jackets) goes back to my childhood, when I was dreaming of being a cheer-leader ^_^. I got the first one at the age of 11-12 from my cousin. It was red with white faux leather sleeves and was brought from the USA … I was ecstatic!!
I like wearing this jacket with ripped jeans and plain t-shirts whenever I’m planning on having a busy day. The only thing missing is a baseball cap but I’m still searching for THE ONE.
